Staff was helpful in arranging for a child's mattress, but it did not fit into the room.
There was not enough room in the dining room for breakfast, and long queues resulted. The rooms are much much too small. The shower is almost impossible to fit inside.
Hotel and our room (superior twin) was romantic, clean and spacious, staff helpful. Good location - metro, cafe, boulangerie, food store etc all close around it.
centrally located, all staff spoke english, free internet, good view
good location, close to the metro station ( Notre Dame de Lorette ) and many restaurants and bars around, safe area and helpful staff .
very poor breakfast and the room in which it is served is extremely small.
It vwas ok
Good Location with nice breakfast. Clean Toilet! Many restaurants near around the North of the hotel.
The air-condition just out of order during my visit, as told by the staff that they have an electricity problem. Room is quite small and could only fit for one suitcase only. Quite Noisy in the early morning because a lorry collecting rubbish on the street.
Great location, quiet, and has airport suttle. Delightful hotel, would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to another friend going to Paris in a few weeks. Good value for money, esp. compared to other similar standard/located hotels.
Room was compact and I don't think it was meant for 2 people
The staff is very friendly. Especially considering the bad reputation of the French regarding service. The room was clean. Could use some renovation.Breakfast was ok. Location is great. Near to underground station and very near to the Rue La Fayette.
We stayed with 3 adults in one room. With the extra bed in the room is was really cramped. And the extra bed was of very poor quality.
Noisy in the 7:00 morning
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice, you can eat all you want, but not much to choose tho.
Very small rooms and bathrooms but I guess thats the standart in Paris. You can hear all what the neighbours do.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Within very each reach of the centre of Paris, shops and bars all around. The breakfast was good. Clean room and comfortable.
The heating on full blast all night and day - it was too hot! The reception staff were not particularly helpful, like when we asked for a new pillow they just didnt have one. Or when we wanted a cup of tea (no kettle in room) the person who served it had gone home!
The hotel is small, but very convenient, clean and safe. The pleasant friendly staff, speaks english, good location of hotel, close to two metro stations. Price was reasonable
Bad illumination in a room
Easy access for metro.
*Key of the room was very difficult to open. At first person did not tell how to use and we asked ,he taught us different way.（turn right with pull, but right way is turn left with pull）Depending front staff made us difficulty or confort. *Not to appear calling number sheet in front of telephone. *The refrigerator could not cool.We asked about it staff, but he said it was not brokened. But not to cool and not to hear sound of electric. *The next room was so noisy for two days.(Very thin wall made noise.)
Very good hotel, I was suprised that there was so clean and very good decoration in the room. Bathroom and toilet suprized me too because were clean and all working good )) First time I could not find the hotel because had not a map . It is perefect hotel . Good stuff who always help to u to find place what do u need in the Paris. I liked this hotel and will to recommend it to my friends and of course will stay there again.
We chose this hotel for its location as we had to be near a certain place for a family celebration. It is also very convenient for transport (metro and bus) as well as shops and stations.
Bedrooms too hot, air conditioning not working.
